You share a VIVO naturalist guide with other travelers looking for the same thing you are — real wildlife, good light and an honest explanation of what you are seeing. Exact capacity depends on the experience. The itinerary, certified guide and safety standards are the same as our Private Tour; what changes is that the departure time is set and the group sets the pace. Transport is never shared: if you add it, it is private door-to-door for your party only.

Curi-Cancha Reserve is a favourite among naturalists: a rich mix of cloud forest and open garden trails that reads very well for Resplendent Quetzals, hummingbirds, trogons and mammals, with far fewer visitors than the busier reserves. Your bilingual naturalist knows where and when to look and keeps a relaxed, wildlife-first pace. Available as a shared walk on a fixed departure or as a private walk when you want flexible timing — the usual choice for families with young children, multigenerational groups and photographers. Reserve entrance is included. Transport to the meeting point is quoted separately by hotel and zone. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.
