View sessionThe frog and reptile session lasts two hours, with departures at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Photograph small subjects with multiflash or diffused continuous light at a private pond and forest edge. This is not a night walk.
The bat session uses an infrared-triggered multi-flash setup at flowering perches. The camera is pre-focused to photograph nectar-feeding bats in flight. The specialist prepares the light and guides the camera settings; consult the session for its start time and duration.
For frogs, a 90–105mm macro lens is ideal. For bats, bring a macro or 100–200mm lens and a camera with a hot shoe. Bring charged batteries and spares; each session lists its included light setup and recommended equipment.
Choose your subject and send your dates before arranging travel. VIVO coordinates with the photography specialist before payment. Staying in Boca Tapada makes it easier to combine daytime and evening sessions; transport is arranged separately.
